It’s working perfectly for me now with the new beta. Tried all the riffs that were causing it before and none of them pitch shift now.
Thanks for taking the time to fix this!

Ryan replied to the topic DataLooper and Push 2 – *MIDI* clip looping issues in the forum Bugs/Issues 6 years, 9 months ago

Here I’m pressing record on DataLooper, going back and forth between two tracks. CL#4 records when I have a different track selected, but won’t start recording a new clip when it is.

Let me know if there’s something specific you want me to record.

I’m having the exact same issue. Unplugging Push fixes it, and CL# tracks start working fine.

When controlling the CL# tracks via the Push, the LEDs on Datalooper display correctly.

I’ll try asking some Push power-users if there are similar issues with using Push and other MIDI devices simultaneously.

You’re right, its down an octave and half-time.

    Looper bpm = 135.34
    Global bpm = 67.59

Spent some time troubleshooting. When this issue does happen, the speed on the looper device displays 0.0, and when increase the speed one notch to 12.0, it runs it regular time.

What’s really weird is that after I start switching tracks (all DL#) and using new session mode on them, the problem goes away entirely for all tracks. I can’t seem to…[Read more]

This issue just started happening. It might have been when Live updated to 10.1, but I’m not sure.

When I record my first loop in new session mode, it plays back at a super slow bpm/pitch. What’s weird is that the correct BPM is calculated/displayed. While the loop is playing if I change the looper’s tempo control to “none”, the loop starts…[Read more]

Ryan started the topic Monitoring question in the forum Bugs/Issues 6 years, 10 months ago

This is more a question about Live than the DataLooper, but I figured I’d ask here.

Is there a way to use the looper with the track’s monitor turned off? I run my guitar and Live through my Helix, then out to a cab and/or FOH. So when the monitor is turned on in Live I get a super-slight slapback delay from the lag. The problem is when I turn the…[Read more]

Ryan started the topic USB hub in the forum Bugs/Issues 6 years, 11 months ago

When I’m running the datalooper though my usb hub, its able to receive (LEDs activate/change color) information, but it can only send commands to stop, not start clip recording.
When I plug directly into a USB port the datalooper functions correctly.

My USB hub is a cheap one. If I need to buy a new one, is there a specific feature I should be…[Read more]
