I had to manually reset my MIDI mappings in Ableton Live 11 after reloading my configs into the DataLooper. The problem is I am trying to use the looper .als template file you guys provided in Ableton Live 11 and Ableton Live 11 doesn’t detect any hit from the DataLooper. When I open the .als file in Ableton Live 10 it works fine.
Hi! It’s possible your config had a different channel configured than the default config. By default, the Datalooper template is linked to MIDI channel 14. Unless there’s an Ableton bug I’m not aware of, there should be no reason that the template would not link the MIDI mappings. Can you confirm you were on channel 14?
