It works great on my win10 laptop, but I still use windows 7 too and it’s not recognizing the device.
Is there a driver for this to download somewhere?
ThanksHi sorry for the late reply. In my testing, DataLooper still worked in Win 7, even though it showed a second device (serial communication protocol) that was missing drivers. If it is not working, try following this guide:
There are a few things that may cause issues, such as using USB 3.0 ports, having previously installed Logitech devices or missing Windows driver files.
