I’m triggering a track from my Push 2, but when I go to loop on top of the track, the loop doesn’t sync to the set bpm and instead speeds up both the loop & track.

Master bpm is set, so I’m not sure what the issue is.

I’m also an ableton & push novice, so I may be missing something.

I should add that the different tracks aren’t syncing in general. Even with just the looper itself.

Do you have Global Clip quantization set to none? That value (in the upper left corner), needs to be set to some subdivision for everything to sync up nicely.

it’s set to a subdivision, but it never lines up. i’m trying to get it to sync up with an established track, the bpm is in the master, but the datalooper takes over control of the bpm and will speed the track up or slow it down after i make a loop.

Hey Madison. A couple of things. On the actual looper device, make sure it’s set to ‘global’ and not ‘none’. Also, make sure the transport is running while you are making loops. Other than that, the looper should not be messing with the tempo unless you are using new session mode. If you post a video or call me we can get to the bottom of it. 8052426506
