Couple of things to look at.
1. Is the track record armed?
2. Are you sure you’re on the correct bank.
3. Is the LED white on the top left button?
If the answer to these questions is yes, then there’s something going on that I’ll need to look into. If you could send me your Ableton log file, it may provide some insight just to see if there’s some error being thrown. It’s located at /Users/USERNAME/Library/Preferences/Ableton/Live\ 10.0.6/Log.txt.
