Also tried just not using the DL for tracks I record on push and it unarms all tracks when I record a clip on the push track which mucks with the datalooper flow.

I think it works if I use CL# on the midi clips controlled rather than sends. I’ll set the second/third presets to be push instruments and the first to be analog loops.

Is there a suggested workflow for those of us who use a push for Midi?

It seems that every time I press the data looper, the focus is taken off the track I am actively playing to the track with the looper, meaning I can’t play.

Is this e…[Read more]

I figured out a solution that works for me.

I create a group of all the inputs that I want to loop.
That group has its output set to sends only.
I set monitoring in for all of these.
The input for my channels with loopers is the name of that group.

I then create another copy of of that group for recording purposes, on that group, the tracks…[Read more]

Ok, I tried this out today and it doesn’t quite work with the way I have it set up but maybe I can arrange my live set a bit?

So, I tried building a set that routes a group of organic instrument inputs to a channels with Loopers (DL#1, DL#2, DL#3), basically I have a 4-5 inputs feeding this one channel. Unfortunately the audio doesn’t get sent…[Read more]

Thanks! I came here to ask the exact same thing (with funnily enough the exact same setup, using a Helix as well), this was driving my batty.

I’ll give this a go tonight to see if I can get in the flow again.
