Is it possible to have the option to make that accented beat the color of the DL#_ track in Ableton?

I made a spreadsheet (which I’d be happy to share) to help keep track of my DataLooper’s presets.

But even if it were a more simple text file type summary?

That way when I hit record with Looper 1, it can stop Loopers 2 and 3, allowing 4-9 to keep going for instance.

Adding a comma between the Loper number field entry wouldn’t work would it?

Looper Number (0 for All): 1, 3

I’m having the incorrect LED issue again. This time I do have my tracks named w/ “LED”, and when I hit mute, and un-mute, the status lights don’t correctly show the Blue for Stop or Green for Play.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Other than mapping the buttons however I’d like, are there any other changes I’d need to make in order to have DataLooper treat the top row as 1 and the bottom as 3?

For anyone else that’s curious – it was because I had DL as well as CL tracks setup in the same Ableton project.

I needed to add ” LED” to the DL track names for the Data Looper pedal to know to display that LED’s status.
Incorrect: “DL#1”
Correct: “DL#1 LED”

I tried removing all the other control surfaces, and it still has the same issue.

My DataLooper was originally in Slot 6. I tried moving it to Slot 1 to see if that made a difference, but still no luck.

You can’t program two different buttons to the Stop function can you? Basically I’m thinking about losing the Stop functionality from the second column of buttons.

Any thoughts on a creative use for the second column of Stop buttons on the DL that we wouldn’t be using in the scenario?

When I stop the looper, the light correctly indicates Blue.

Playing the loop again will correctly indicate Green and Yellow for overdub again, but when I change presets and come back (or mute and un mute), it incorrectly goes back to default white.

I can film a short video if that’d be easier.

This seems to be happening after I press the Mute All button, or change between Banks 1, 2, or 3.

Is anyone else having this issue?

That could help with organization.

I’m picturing two solutions:

1. Multiple loopers on the same DL#1 channel
2. DL#1 as the first loop, and DL#2 will shut off DL#1 as it starts playing the second loop
